Meet Matthew Elton
Who Are You?
My name is Matthew Elton. I’m a sophomore at Messiah College, majoring in Communications with a concentration in Film and Digital Media. During the summer I’m working as a wedding and event videographer for various clients. During the school year I work for my college’s Academic Technology Services (also known as Media Services) department as a video editor. Though I’m majoring in Film, I’m also studying Chinese and Japanese, and I can speak, read, and write both languages. I’m also an avid writer and have written several short stories as well as a 152 page, 72,000 word novel, with plans for two more novels currently in the works. Most of my stories are heavily introspective works of science fiction and/or fantasy that focus intimately on the heart of one or two characters.
